3. One might think since she made a favorable
statement, that we might be over the hump with the vote. Rules Chairman did not come on the floor until she had it, I don't think. Perhaps she (Jane) is getting the bill on the floor but will vote against it out of committee. Don't forget we still have a wackado committee chairman who won't step down because she is still in line, and she wanted desperately for Barbara Boxer to retire out of the way for her to reach the Senate.
